As a Property Manager and licensed Realtor, Russell Ahrens is a former Air Force Captain who earned his commission through the Air Force academy. His background in the Military offers many skills and traits that bleed over into our real estate industry. Russ’ primary focus is on property management, tenant support and the growth of investors. His commitment minded and goal-oriented personality makes him very efficient and productive as a property manager. Russ can help grow any investor big or small, his extensive knowledge of the market has provided maximum growth to many investors.

After graduation Russell served on active duty in the Air Force as a security Air Force officer where he managed trained and equipped his team of over 300 Airmen to protect and defend the Air Force most vital assets. After being honorably discharged, Russell worked in distributing operations management for two fortune 500 companies with his final roll landing him in Tyler Texas where he met his now wife, Jen Ahrens. Russell enjoys spending time getting his hands dirty on the Ranch. If he’s not working on a fence or driving his tractor, he is riding his horse Woodrow or spending time with his four furry legged rescue animals. Russell is active in his community and church with his family and loves to help where he can. He knows how to simplify any problem and get the job done. Russell believes in the value of hard work and integrity in both his personal life as well as his work life. He brings added value to every transaction made through our Property Management department.
